Job Description
Our client is one of the UKs leading firms of Solicitors, with a solid presence in the Personal Injury sector.
They are looking for a Claims Management Liaison Officer to work from their Sheffield office.
You will oversee and administer external Claims Management company relationships; this will involve speaking to representatives of the Claims Management companies who will be referring claims to you, and establishing if the claims are legitimate. Other duties involve claims liaison and negotiation.
This is a specialist role and you must fit the required profile to be considered- you should have worked for a Claims Management company and be familiar with solicitors’ practices. In addition, as there is an element of business development in the role you should have significant experience in sales. The role would not be suitable for a Claims Handler.
The role would suit someone who is confident, outgoing and with an excellent telephone manner.
