Job Description
My client based in the heart of Sheffield is a leading medical engineering firm. Due to recent expansion they are currently looking to recruit an experienced team leader.
Responsibilities:
Supervise team members, ensuring company procedures are complied with at all times
Completing inductions for new members of staff
Develop team members, training individuals as required
Facilitate team meetings
Responsible for Health & Safety - generate/ammend risk assesments, carrying
Ensure on time delivery to the next process
You will have an engineering background with a minimum of 2 years team leader or management experience.
