Job Description
Job Role:
To increase business revenue through sales and deliver added value to Business Partners through telephone sales activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively promote products and achieve targeted sales by creating a positive customer experience and effective handling of third party calls.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the reputation of the company.
Identify and recommend improvements to the sales process and customer experience.
Record, store and maintain customer information to provide accurate reference documentation.
Schedule effective call backs where possible by identifying and acting on a customer or third party request.
Maintain current knowledge of the core products and campaigns that you are calling.
Provide support to colleagues, customers and the wider business in order to continuously improve operational effectiveness.
Assist in the identification of personal development needs and potential solutions.
Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
