Job Description
Role : Engineering Manager
Location : Sheffield
Salary : £35-40,000
Essential Qualification : Minimum HND in Mechanical Engineering
Duties
Managing site maintenance team
Managing tooling team (design end repair)
Project management of site improvement projects and continuous improvement schemes
Attending site management meetings and providing strategic input
Metals manufacturing experience very much preferred (forging, casting, machining)
Skills / Attributes :
Strong people management skills
Commercially aware
Good interpersonal skills
CAD abilities beneficial
CAM experience beneficial
