Job Description
The successful applicant will be involved in the administration of DB, DB CARE and DC schemes, although the majority of the role will focus on DB and DB CARE. The successful candidate must therefore have good knowledge and experience of DB.
The successful candidate will also be involved with a range of projects including the production of Benefit Statements, Year-End reconciliations, Pensions Increases etc and will be expected to take a lead role in assisting with the integration of the DB and DC teams as we strive for a single team approach over the coming months. WEB developments, Straight-Through-Processing and a number of other Business Improvement Initiatives, where efficiencies can be gained for the team through standardisation of work.
