FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS

ROTHERHAM - MANVERS

** ROLES START MONDAY 23rd AUGUST **

SHIFTS: 35 HOURS
* Monday - Friday 12.00noon - 8pm

We are looking to recruit experienced Customer Service Advisors for full time shifts working on the Thames Water client account at Ventura.

The role involves taking calls from Thames Water customers and helping with bill and meter queries, readings, setting up direct debits and cash collection of bills.
You will be required to give exceptional customer service at all times, always recommending direct debit to customers as well as targeted on how much cash collections made each day.

Full Training will be provided - 3 weeks Monday to Friday only - NO HOLIDAY IS ALLOWED DURING THIS PERIOD!!!

Skills needed:

* Excellent telephone manner.

* Professional attitude as you will be speaking to client customers.

* Able to commit to the initial training without holidays booked. (3 weeks).

* Able to provide proof of address, right to work and NI number.
