Receptionist
Sheffield
Full time
£13000 - £14000 pa
This new and exciting role is situated in Sheffield city centre.
We are looking for excellent customer service skills both face to face and verbal to be greeting prospective clients into the business.
Duties:
Greeting visitors and liaising with departments where necessary.
Ensuring visitors are offered hospitality, directing to meeting points.
Coordinating meetings and supplying of refreshment.
Maintaining visitors log book
Ordering Stationary
Person:
Experience in invoicing would be an advantage.
