Job Description

A global leader within their industry are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team due to internal promotion.

It is a very busy role and my client would ideally like a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role in a business of more than 150 employees.

A brief summary of duties are as follows:

  • Meet and Greet visitors.

  • Manage the switchboard.

  • Maintain the meeting room diary.

  • Order office consumables.

  • Co-ordinate arrangements for visitors including transport, hotels and catering.

  • Obtaining quotes for internal maintenance.

  • Post room duties.

  • Provide admin support to the MD, Directors and HR department.

A minimum of 5 GCSE\'s grade C and above in Maths and English is required and computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level is essential.
