Job Description
Well established Main Agent Car Dealership require an experienced Advisor to work on their Service Reception.As this role will involve interaction with customers, appearance, customer service and communication skills are essential to be successful. Candidates must come from an automotive background and be happy to work in a fast paced and extremely busy environment. Duties will include taking bookings, preparing invoices for payment, clearing payments and customer follow upsThe core responsibility is to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest level of customer care. Furthermore you will ensure that work progresses efficiently through the workshop and administration process is adhered to.To be considered you must have experience of a similar role - PC literacy is essential as is a professional appearance and genuine understanding of customer service.You will receive a generous starting salary, flexible shift patterns, and the opportunity to work for a company that invest heavily in their staff and provide excellent working conditions.
