Job Description
We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join this established estate agents in North Leeds, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of residential lettings, including studio flats through to detached houses within north Leeds.
You will liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors, carry out inspections, both periodic and ad-hoc and ensure works are carried out properly and properties left clean and tidy. You will report to the Rentals Manager but co-ordination with negotiators, reception and bookkeeping team will be essential. Emphasis is on preventative maintenance at all times.
Applicants must be good communicator, organised and able to work using own initiative, have experience of working within property management and maintenance, fluent with Microsoft Office and have own car (40p mileage paid) and clean licence.
