Job Description

My client is a large outsourcing call centre based in Rotherham. They are currently recruiting for an Innovation Manager to join their team. They work on behalf of many blue chip clients and have an excellent reputation in the industry.

The role includes shifts based within the call centre hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.

You will work with the Head of Operations to deliver and implement client & company customer service requirements and drive the designated campaign(s) at all levels.

The proactive management and co-ordination of the operation in relation to delivering a first class customer experience. The delivery of service excellence will ensure a consistent and professional service in line with client requirements and company objectives. In addition to investigate, promote and implement new ideas and initiatives in terms of quality improvement that will support the operations department thus maintaining the competitive edge within the outsourcing marketplace. Requirements

• €¢ You will be able to demonstrate leadership and management skills gained in a customer-focused environment

• €¢ Excellent Communication and influencing skills

• €¢ A proven track record of implementing quality customer service initiatives in large organisations and able to demonstrate the tangible benefits from an operational and organisational point of view

• €¢ Results focused and committed to the values surrounding outstanding service delivery through effective people management

• €¢ Knowledge of the basic principles of financial management / commercial awareness
