Full Description:

We are a highly dynamic leading personal injury firm, well known for our high service levels and client care. Suitable candidates will be career-minded and have a strong desire to work in a fast paced, forward thinking, professional environment.

Responsibilities: To assist a Solicitor with day-to-day conduct of a caseload of approximately 200 non-RTA personal injury cases of fast track value.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience of handling EL / PL claims. Experience of litigation and familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules is essential. Previous exposure to Medical Negligence cases preferred.
