Exciting and challenging position for those of you seeking work within a reputable and exceptionally hardworking industry. This role, as part of a sizeable team will see you working in a number of areas which ultimately form part of the successful and timely management accounts. The Management Accounts function plays an integral part of finance and this particular role will see you working closely with the senior members of staff in the production of critical management information including budgets, costings, income and expenditure.

Not only will you have involvement in the production of costing information and the accompanying reporting and analysis of this but your computer literacy will also be tested as the costing system that is currently used needs to be developed and maintained in such a way that it provides the most up to date and beneficial information at the touch of a button.

The finance part of this role will require you to analyse and interpret costing information highlighting as necessary over/underspend and relaying this to the relevant line/department managers (who may not always be finance). It is therefore essential that you have a proven background in the world of finance and more specifically costing and management information. You will possess an analytical mind and will easily be able to interpret figures and findings to both finance and non finance staff. It is envisaged that you will be studying towards a recognised accounting qualification or you will hold a relevant degree and for the right person there maybe opportunity to extend your studying further.
