Our client, global leaders in their field are currently looking for an experienced Administrator / Office Co-ordinator to join their growing company due to an internal promotion.

The role will be to provide an efficient and professional reception, administration and office co-ordination service.

Duties include:

- Meet and Greet visitors.
- Manage the switchboard.
- Maintain the meeting room diary.
- Order office consumables.
- Co-ordinate arrangements for visitors including transport, hotels and catering.
- Obtaining quotes for internal maintenance.
- Post room duties.
- Provide admin support to the MD, Directors and HR department.

To be considered for interview you will have:

- A minimum of 3 years working in a similar role in a business of more than 150 employees
- A minimum of 5 GCSE\\\'s grade C and above in Maths and English is required and computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level is essential.
