Job Description
We are a highly dynamic leading personal injury firm, well known for our high service levels and client care. Suitable candidates will be career-minded and have a strong desire to work in a fast paced, forward thinking, professional environment.
Responsibilities: Day-to-day conduct of a caseload of approximately 200 RTA personal injury cases of fast track value.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience of handling RTA cases. Experience of handling personal injury cases is preferred but not essential. Previous exposure to litigation and familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules is required.
