PART TIME CONTRACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS
ROTHERHAM - MANVERS
ROLES START 20th SEPTEMBER THROUGH TO DECEMBER
SHIFTS - EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING:
Monday 8am-1pm / Saturday 8am-6pm & Sunday 8am-1pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4pm-8pm & Saturday 8am-6pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4pm-8pm & Sunday 8am-6pm
We are looking to recruit teams of Customer Service Advisors for part time shifts working on a 3 month contract basis due to an increase in demand on a major account within Ventura. THis may continue on to a permananet role in the new year.
You will be required to give exceptional customer service at all times, have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to use IT systems. Full Training will be provided for the first three days of employment.
Skills needed:
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent IT and keyboard skills - able to use Microsoft packages.
Good communication skills.
Able to multi task.
Able to provide proof of address, right to work and NI number.
Able to pass a credit check.
Registration will take place at Ventura in Rotherham, or in our Sheffield city centre branch.
