Job Description
Due to expansion, this very well established, national education recruitment specialists seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant to develop and manage a new desk.
We seek a sales-driven, ambitious candidate with proven experienced within the recruitment industry. You will be working in a small and expanding branch, therefore a hands-on, proactive approach is essential as is the ability to work quickly, under pressure.
Working in the education recruitment sector, you will be allocated a particular region to develop, c80% of the positions you will recruit will be for temporary/supply teachers as well as handling permanent roles too.
The hours for this role are worked out on a shift basis as follows: 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm.
Please note that unless you have actual experience as a Recruitment Consultant you cannot be considered for this position.
