Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Supervisor for a well known and respected national company.
The role will involve responding to technical calls resulting largely from vehicle breakdowns.
You will be required to ensure that all calls are logged onto the database, become actively involved with coordination of authorised suppliers with regard to maintenance, breakdowns, servicing and accident repairs.
The role requires that the candidate have experience within a similar environment, ideally an ex vehicle technician that would have knowledge of time served work and therefore has a knowledge of costings, down time and parts etc to include warranty claims.
