Job Description
A highly renowned, well respected organisation is looking to recruit a competent Administrator with PA experience at a Senior Level. This is a fast moving, highly professional environment where you will need to be a quick thinker with first class communication skills. You will enjoy working on your own initiative and stay calm in all situations. A strong computer knowledge is essential.
General receptionist/Administration duties:
Answering telephone calls in a corporate manner and providing outstanding customer service at all times
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Maintaining a well ordered system for the efficient filing and retrieval of information for all reports, briefs and correspondence
Producing Invoices
PA Duties:
Organising and maintaining management diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post corresponding on behalf of the Managing Director
Typing all correspondence
Follow up actions agreed at meetings with the Board of Director's.
Skills Required:
Experience within a PA role at Senior Level
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
Superior organisational skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills
