Job Description
You will be based in Manchester but liaising with lawyers all over Europe and working within on of the largest European corporate practices. You will be dealing mainly with mergers and acquisitions but will also deal with disposals, floatations, takeovers, security issues, fundraising, private equity, corporate tax and employee incentive arrangements. You should have at least 2 years PQE gained from one of the top City of regional practices and should also be able to demonstrate a commitment to the North West.
