Job Description

Senior Recruitment Consultant:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of the regions leading recruitment agencies as it continues to grow. The location will cover South Yorkshire/Derbyshire and Midlands, and candidates must have experience of face to face sales and be confident in their sales skills and must have the ability to close.

The Job Role:

The role will primarily be to take responsibility for the management of vacancies and contracts and account managing existing customers as well as liaising with professionals to secure new business. You will match and discuss vacancies and contracts with a selection of suitable candidates arranging interviews on their behalf.

The Successful Candidate:

• €¢ You will need to have a solid background in sales, experience in recruitment and will need experience focussing on proactive sales.

• €¢ Candidates must have a business development mind and be able to work hard to progress a small business forward.

• €¢ You will be self motivated with a professional attitude and have the drive and ambition to succeed in this competitive industry.

• €¢ You will need strong IT, communication and organisation skills alongside a polite and confident telephone manner.

• €¢ You must be comfortable and confident liaising with a range of clients and candidates and will be a polished & professional individual.
