Job Description
My client is currently looking for 2 experienced Mould Setters working on a 3 shift rotating system the expectations are as follows.
* To set tooling as required
* To maintain the moulding machine and ancillaries to the optimum performance
* Ensure automation is utilised at all times
* To maintain product quality to the optimum at all times
* To monitor production collection data and act upon
* To reduce waste whenever and where ever possible
To ensure housekeeping standards are adhered to and maintained
* To strive to achieve maximum possible O.E.E .figures at all times
* To maintain a safe working environment and adhere to this at all times Previous experience is required as little training will be provided
