IT Field Engineer

Chesterfield Region

£19,000 - £22,000 basic salary, subject to experience and Company Car

Role & Responsibilities

Although this role is mainly based at our Chesterfield Dealership, as a highly mobile IT Field Engineer it is critical that you are flexible in your attitude to work. You will be responsible for mobile support services to the users of Vertu Motors IT Systems and Services, nationwide. This includes: * Set-up, maintenance and deletion of user accounts on Vertu systems * New hardware and software installations and/or movements * Replacement and/or repair equipment * Maintaining all documentation, inventories, change control processes, audits and assets * Managing 1st and 2nd line support calls as well as calls from third party companies * Provide out of hours support on critical hardware There may be additional ad hoc duties Whilst the role is based in our Vauxhall Chesterfield Office it is a role that requires national travel
