Job Description

Due to our continued success, we wish to appoint highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can work effectively in a team-based environment. You will be technically astute with superb communication and IT skills and be able to manage a demanding and varied workload.

Entry Qualification:

• Proven record or work experience in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Industrial Standards Organisation documents, implementation and Management of ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems.
• Knowledge of inspection, auditing, calibration and data analysis techniques.
• Numerate and PC literate including Microsoft word, excel and Power point.
• Outstanding communication and ability to interact at al levels of the organisation.
• High level of analytical skills.


As a candidate you will ideally have:

• IOSH training is desirable.
• High degree of self motivation with the ability to make decisions and a continuous desire to learn and grow outside your own comfort zone.
• To be able to communicate and work well within a team enabling the principles of cell work and lean manufacture to be implemented and continuously looking to develop machining techniques to enhance productivity.
• To maintain a clean and tidy working environment ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to in accordance with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
