Job Description

Role: Internal Sales Manager

Salary & Additional Benefits:

• Up to £24k depending on your experience plus an OTE of £30K+

• Perfomance related holiday bonus of up to ten weeks holiday per annum

• Excellent hours of work

• Selling a market leading product to an existing customer base

Last year our business grew by over 20%, we now wish to recruit an Internal Sales Manager to supervise and manage a small team of up to ten Internal Sales Personnel.

Main Duties Include:

Managing a team of ten pro active Internal Sales Representatives who work with an External Sales Team maximising further potential business from existing customers as well as identifying and opening new Accounts

We are looking to recruit an experienced pro active Sales Person who will lead from the front and by example.

We do not envisage anyone from your typical Call Centre background being able to perform this role.

We ideally want someone who has sold over the phone and comes with a proven track record of business to business sales.
