Job Description

Claims Handler required!!! 3rd Party Property Damage Insurance Claims Handler required for a market - leading organisation.

This organisation offers an excellent, structured training programme, a friendly work environment and scope for progression and personal development.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing claims caseloads, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, responding promptly and pro-actively to incoming telephone calls and correspondence, controlling claim cost by achieving most economical settlement through good use of liability and quantum arguments and effective negotiation. Additionally, maintaining good file discipline and accurate reserves, together with an effective diary system which ensures that cases are reviewed on a regular basis and undertaking general claims tasks, is also required for this role.

Candidates with excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service will be an excellent fit for this organisation and role.
