Legal Secretary (PI) – Leading Legal firm

Our Client is a large law firm with offices strategically placed throughout the region. With their growing workforce, envied customer base and a solid portfolio of legal services, they are well placed for further growth in both the consumer and business markets. They now have an immediate opening for an experienced Legal Secretary to be based at their Sheffield office.
As a Legal Secretary you will support a Partner in the day-to-day running of his business. More specifically you will oversee diary management, book accommodation and arrange travel as required, collate and manage case files, performing general administrative tasks and have direct contact (both inbound and outbound) with clients. This fantastic role will cover a variety of areas but it is anticipated that the majority of work will revolve around Personal Injury and Negligence cases. Applications are invited from candidates who possess a minimum of 18 months legal secretarial experience, ideally gained in Personal Injury. You will be an excellent communicator, have typing skills in excess of 60 wpm, show attention to detail and be extremely professional in both appearance and demeanour.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 15-18k with an exceptional benefits package.
