Job Description
Existing Industrial team expanding, looking for either a Senior Consultant looking for a potential management opportunity or an experienced hands on Branch Manager. Our Chesterfield team is a reasonably small one, giving the right individual the opportunity to develop the branch.
The role is typical of an Industrial recruitment agency;
- Sales and marketing, involving both telesales and face to face client visits.
- Recruitment and selection, from the placement of adverts through the candidate interview and testing process.
- Customer Service, ensuring that all client requirements are met at all times, with particular emphasis on supplying the right candidate first time, every time.
You will need to have a proven track record of sales success in the recruitment industry, preferably in the Industrial sector.
Thorn Baker office hours are 0830 to 1730 Monday to Friday, however we also offer our clients an out of hours mobile service, which you will be involved in on a rotational basis.
