Job Description
Thorn Baker Industrial division provide temporary labour to clients in the Warehousing/Logistics/Packaging/Food/Automotive/Local Government/Manufacturing and Labouring sectors.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for;
Sales and Marketing - From cold calling prospective clients over the telephone right through the sales process to face to face client sales meetings, your primary role will be to win new business, whether converting companies that use temporary staff from other suppliers or convincing companies that recruit themselves that using a more flexible workforce from an agency such as Thorn Baker is the way forward.
Recruitment and Selection - Placing adverts online or in local papers, screening ad response, taking candidates through our rigorous interview and testing process, the end result being that you are responsible for ensuring that we have a flexible work force of the right size and quality to meet your customers every demand.
Customer Service - Ensuring that every time a client has a requirement we respond in a timely and professional manner, with particular emphasis on doing the job right, the first time, every time.
The industrial recruitment sector is fast paced, and you will need to have the ability to handle several tasks at the same time. Previous experience of recruitment is preferred, and as you must also have a proven track record of sales success in a demanding sales industry. You must also possess a current UK driving licence.
