Job Description
Our client, an international engineering organisation based in South Yorkshire, is now looking to recruit a Design/Project Manager to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will have a very strong mechanical engineering, design and management background and will be expected to lead teams by example.
Objective:
To lead and manage the technical aspects of projects.
To prepare engineering designs which provide the Company and our customers with optimum engineering and cost effective solutions.
Responsibilities:-
To lead teams of engineers
To ensure the completeness, accuracy and technical suitability of system designs
Engineering design and provision of information and technical assistance to internal and external customers in relation to this
To ensure the solution of non-conformance, commissioning and warranty issues
Promotion of continuous improvements to engineering systems and standards

Current Goal – KPI’s:-
On time delivery
Savings on DO Hours
