Job Description
Claims Handler (First Notification of Loss) required for a newly formed FNOL team, working for a market - leading organisation, based in Chesterfield.
This role entails working in a small, friendly team for an organisation which promotes personal development and progression. The role will involve providing an excellent level of customer service to customers making contact in the first instance to make an insurance claim. Ensuring all SLAs are met and adhering to FSA regulations.
The ideal candidate will have previous FNOL experience, an understanding of motor claims, an excellent level of customer service and a good understanding of FSA regulations and data protection laws.
Please note, this role involves covering hours between 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri and also some weekend work is required.
