Provide remote IT Support, via telephone - technical call screening for hardware break/fix customers from within the Operations Centre in Sheffield. This role ensures that the calls have there details confirmed, clarified and that a resolution methodology is determined.
Screen IT hardware calls from nominated client accounts in order to ensure that they are cleansed and passed to the correct resolution areas within the business.
Technical Knowledge of supported products Advanced
PC and printer diagnostic skills
Retail POS diagnostic skills an advantage
Familiarity with current Operating Systems
Telephone skills - Advanced
Able to demonstrate the ability to follow and understand procedures.
