Are you Customer Focused?
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an exciting and modern contact centre in Sheffield based in S9 area.
The job duties are:
Providing an excellent level of customer service to all customers
Taking inbound calls
Taking orders from customers
Dealing with any product order enquiries
Taking payments and resolving payment queries
Trouble shooting any technical quries with the online orders and web site
Cross selling additional products
This contact centre is open 7 days a week so hours will be between 8am – 11pm, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
The salary is £14,196 per annum
