An exciting career opportunity exists for a Metallurgist within our Client’s Company based in Chesterfield. As a Metallurgist you will be accountable to maximise process efficiency, maintain product quality and provide operational support to improve process stability.
Some of your core tasks will include:
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility.
- Manage day to day metallurgical performance.
- Identify and facilitate resolution of daily process issues.
- Develop operating strategies to optimise and improve plant performance.
Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified in either Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering and have proven knowledge in steel products. You should have minimum 3 years experience working as a Metallurgist.
Our Client offers a competitive salary and working hours would be 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
