What you have to do
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Supporting the long term unemployed and helping them overcome their barriers to work, through regular contact by phone, letter, e-mail and appointment. With excellent organisation skills and the ability to tailored your time to the needs of each the individual member.
Encouraging them to develop an action plan to build on their skills including career path, identify skill requirements, development with CV's and helping them get back into work.
Establish links with employers as well as maintain a candidate base of people who are culturally different.

Candidates must show experience to date in the following;
* SALES FOCUSED
* TARGET BASED ENVIRONMENT
* GRADUATE / EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY / SALES / SOCIAL WORK EXPERIENCE
* MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE A HIGH LEVEL OF ORAGNISATIONL SKILLS
