The luxury cosmetics and toiletries sector is an expanding area, and I am working with a market leader in this field who is looking for a new assistant manager for one of its flagship stores.
The role will involve
- Helping to manage a sales force of between 8-10 staff
- Working toward monthly sales targets.
- General marketing projects for the store.
- Taking over responsibility for the store in managers absence.
The ideal candidate will have / be
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Very pro-active and ‘can do’ in their approach to work.
- Experience in the beauty/cosmetics field.
- Flexible with working patterns
- Conversant with MOS packages
The role will involve late hours and weekend work, so flexibility is required. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a great career move into a very progressive company. The salary for the role will be between £14,500 and £15,300 dependant on experience.
