They have 3 offices across the UK based in the East Midlands, West Midlands and Yorkshire.
The Opportunity
An opening has arisen for an Branch Manager to join one of the most highly regarded HR recruitment consultancies on the market, in our Client’s West Midlands office based in Sutton Coldfield
The Role
Working within a fast-paced sales environment, you will manage a team of recruitment consultants in addition to managing your own desk. Day to day tasks will range from business development, a strong emphasis being placed on developing lasting business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in the initial job description to negotiating the final offer.
You will have responsibility for personal and team targets and work closely with the operations manager to assist in achieving these.
The Person
To succeed you need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic, also to have drive initiative and be ready to go the extra mile when necessary.
A proven background of developing successful business relationships and building and managing lasting customer relationships is essential.
Previous management experience is desired but not essential.
We are interested in hearing from people with both professional and non-professional recruitment backgrounds
