| The role: Developing the Customer Service function in line with the company's objectives, including managing the Customer Services Team. Ensuring that all customer complaints and queries are dealt with professionally, efficiently and within the agreed passenger charterr remit The collation of customer information for the Management Team Management of the day-to-day communication with stakeholders, customers and customer users group What they are looking for: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate issues concisely and with persuasion Advanced IT skills and ability to work on own initiative Ability to remain calm and focussed whilst taking decisive action The ability to act with discretion and confidentiality Previous experience with Customer Services experience. Around £24,000 + Company Benefit Package. |
