One of Sheffield leading Solicitors are looking for experienced and professional Call Handlers. The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience of working in a busy Call Centre environment, dealing with a high volume of calls from clients and internal departments. The positions will also involve making outbound calls as part of specific strategic projects and initiatives. You must have a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and be willing to continue to develop and improve your skills in this area. It is essential that you must possess a clear, polite, courteous and professional telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and have the aptitude to learn new skills. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of Monday - Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm on a rota basis.
