Our client a major public sector body within the South Yorkshire area has the requirement for a proactive and service oriented candidate to join their performance driven Asset management team.
A proven manager of staff within an office environment and experience gained preferably within the Social housing sector; the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of performance & business development activity within the asset management section. This will take the form of monthly performance reports, the development of business improvement initiatives, management of the Asset Management support services and other incurred duties relating to the delivery of a first class asset management service.
Suitable candidates will have relevant experience of staff management with time served within a business development environment. A degree within a relevant field and membership of a housing/construction related body would be advantageous. We are looking for effective communicators, IT literate, with knowledge of the principles of housing asset management. We are looking for proven achievers with the ability to lead from the front and motivate a small team; you will be comfortable with the implementation of innovative ideas and will be at ease with the implementation and measuring of KPI's.
