A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a professional services company as a Senior Training Officer. This is a dynamic and involved role that will require you to work closely with the Head of Training and Development. Key responsibilities will include:
•Delivering ‘soft skills’ training to senior and support members of staff
•Researching external training providers
•Co-ordinating internal development
•Providing 1:1 management coaching
•Identifying training needs
The role will be based in Sheffield but will also require you to travel around the country Previous experience within a training role is essential and experience with ‘soft skills’ management training would be highly beneficial.
