I am recruiting for telephone operatives to work for my client based in Sheffield centre. The Call Centre currently supports all areas of the business for all inbound and outbound projects and campaigns.
The successful candidates must have experience of working in a busy Call Centre environment and they must also be adept at dealing with a high volume of calls from clients as well as internal departments. Successful applicants may also be involved in making outbound calls as part of specific strategic projects and initiatives.
You must have a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and be willing to continue to develop and improve your skills in this area. It is essential that you must possess a clear, polite, courteous and professional telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and have the aptitude to learn new skills within a busy and challenging environment.
Candidate should be flexible and it is essential that they have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to portray a confident and professional manner at all times.
The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of Monday - Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm on a rota basis.
