| A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established company as an Internal Account Handler with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will come from a customer service / account executive background and be able to - · Ensure key accounts are updated with new product information and services provided by the company · To effectively handle any problems or queries the client maybe experiencing to ensure these are resolved as quickly as possible · Provide a positive customer experience from start to finish · Liase and work closely with other departments and third party organisations to maximise the service provided to the client In addition, you must be computer literate, have impeccable attention to detail and have the ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team.
