My client is a prestigious law firm based in the heart of Sheffield City Centre. Being one of the largest solicitors in the UK and working with large blue chip organisations they are a highly respected place of work within the Sheffield area. They offer their clients a wide range of legal services including debt recovery at pre-litigation and litigation stage.
Due to expansion the pre-litigation recovery team require an individual to join their expanding department. You will speak to individuals who are experiencing financial difficulties and are in arrears on their accounts including mortgage, credit card and loan agreements. Your main objective will be to collect outstanding monies before litigation stage. You will achieve this by gaining insight into the individuals financial situation, encouraging payment and if they are unable to pay the outstanding debt providing suitable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
Recovery experience is desirable but not essential
