You will work for a market leading car rental company offering a first class customer service to both corporate and retail customers. You will take inbound calls from customers requiring car or van rental in the UK and throughout the 85 countries my client currently offer services. You will take ownership of problems and ensure you successfully find the answers and solutions to your customers enquiries. To be successfully short-listed for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following skills: You will advise your customers on a variety of products and services so you must be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to take ownership of customer queries. Ability to deliver information in a concise and clear manner, precisely explaining the available products and services to customers. Attention to detail and experience working with computer systems is essential when entering bookings into the in-house reservation system. Ability to demonstrate a professional and accurate writing style as you will correspond to customers via email. Self motivation in all areas and a desire to develop and achieve are essential key determinants of success My client offers an excellent benefits package including: Competitive basic salary.
