| If you are currently working in Telesales and wanting to take that next step in to Training or Management then look no further. My client, CPP are looking for a Sales Coach to join their new contact centre in the middle of Chesterfield. The ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic and confident whilst having a proven track record in consistently hitting targets in a telesales environment. You will be responsible for 8 new starters which will consist of a 3 day corporate induction and two weeks sales coaching in the live calls training bay. You will be responsible for the development, support and integration of new employees into the business, with effective coaching of individuals in both inbound and outbound environments through the use of various coaching techniques, including side by side, remote listening and historical call listening. This will ensure that new employees are up to CPP's required performance levels before they leave the live training bay. In addition, you will conduct individual performance related 121's with each new employee and feedback to relevant team managers performance records. You will also complete a structured handover to the new Team Manager when an employee leavers Evolve. This is a fantastic opportunity to move up the career ladder, either into the world of training and development or even team management. As each you will be coaching employees whist they are taking live calls, you will also receive bonus for the sales that your team make. Realistically you can expect to earn in the region of £20,000 per annum with a fantastic benefits package.
