| Our client a successful business and market leader in global public service reform is looking for a recruiter to join their company. Your role as a recruiter will be varied and very challenging and your main purpose will be identifying and sourcing vacancies for your candidates. You will create employment and placement opportunities for candidates via B2B sales both field & telesales and by visiting prospective clients. You will need to work closely with the training department to find out what type of skills the current candidates have then based on this you will then need to target prospect companies for suitable vacancies. You will need to be an outgoing outward person who is very adaptable and resilient to change and challenging situations. This is more challenging yet personally more rewarding than your usual recruitment, you must be able to deal with people on all levels as you will need to be able to sell the candidate to the client and the client to the candidate. You will work closely with the business managers & and the trainers on innovative ideas to get the candidate’s in to work. You will need to successfully match clients to opportunities and ensure that identified goals are met and it is imperative that you have empathy towards the candidates and have a social conscious. Key result Areas: • Sources suitable employment and/ or placement opportunities for candidates. • Through telesales, employer visits, mail shots, and other marketing incentives, develops and maintains records of current and potential employers. • Conduct one to one interviews with candidates • Ensures equal opportunities and health and safety checks are conducted prior to placement. • Seeks commercial opportunities Experience needed: • Experience in sales B2B sales & Cold calling (min 1 year) • Face to face negotiating • Interviewing experience • Experience in recruitment an advantage but not essential. A full driving licence and your own transport are essential. Our client is looking for a self-motivated, trustworthy and determined individual with a desire to succeed, and who is empathic towards the candidates. You will have business acumen, be target focused and results driven, be able to communicate on all levels and in varying situations and be able to work under pressure. In reward for this you will receive £15,000 - £17,000 basic salary and a fantastic bonus structure that is uncapped however realistic OTE are £24,000!!!
