| This friendly and well run company are seeking an additional 1-2 year PQE Solicitor to join their Barnsley office to deal with Company Commercial files. You will be working with one of the firms Partners and be handling a mixed bag of company commercial files including share sale agreements, buying businesses and drafting terms of sale etc. An added bonus would be if you also have experience in either or both commercial property and employment law.
