The Role:
This is a fantastic customer service opportunity with in this national company at their south Sheffield site.
Initially you will be taking calls from clients and logging them onto tracker system in order to coordinate engineers and field managers to resolve technical issues. As well as taking the initial call you will be responsible for providing status reports to clients.
Their will also be a small amount of administration within the role.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
• Good telephone manner.
• Good typing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Good understanding of geographical locations.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
