| An opportunity has become available to join a well established and growing company in Sheffield city centre as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be dealing with inbound calls maintaining a professional customer service manner at all times. You will also be making outbound calls to businesses in regards to advice about the company’s services and appointment setting for the sales to follow up on. In addition to this you will also be expected to produce reports and have a positive attitude to in house training that will enhance your skills for the position. The ideal candidate should come from a customer service background (inbound/outbound), be computer literate, the ability to manage you own workload and have a proven record of working on your own initiative. Hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and there is a commission scheme in place.
